Your Care Needs
Nursing staff will arrange a time to meet with you to discuss your care needs and formulate a personalised care plan. You may want your family, friend or carer to speak for you should you not want to discuss your needs directly. You may wish to continue seeing your own doctor however we are able to arrange a doctor should you wish. Other health professionals are available or can be arranged to suit your needs.
